As an artist and choregrapher I create site specific art, installations and performance on topics of resonance,(dis) connection, co-hearance within and between bodies.
My ongoin research revolves around the phenomenon and ecopsychology of humaness, physical listening and deep listening practises and how they can affect political realities, participatory processes and collective intelligence. ( Listening Body Practise c)
I hold a masters degree in psychology and integral coaching , studied contemporary dance in austria & finland as well as yoga & meditation in india and contact improvisation with the pioneers around the world.
As an embodiment coach & facilitator I love to create inspiring containers for somatic learning and communication through movement. With moving into presence-dance&somatics into Self Empowerment I offer trainings for individuals, groups and companies, on the merging point of health promotion and personal developement.
Studio 11 is the homebase of moving into presence-dance&somatics .
